If your inquiry is forwarded to a Lender that makes you an offer, within three business days
from the date you submit an application to the Lender you should receive from the Lender a
good faith estimate required under RESPA and an initial disclosure statement required under
the Truth in Lending Act. If the Lender denies your request for credit, and that action is
based, in whole or in part, on any information contained in a consumer credit report, you have
the right to obtain, within sixty days, a free copy of your consumer credit report from the
credit reporting agency which compiles and maintains files on consumers on a nationwide basis.
You also have the right to dispute the accuracy or completeness of any information in a consumer
credit report furnished by the consumer credit reporting agency by contacting that agency
directly. An applicant, if married, may apply for a separate account. Mortgage Loan Disclosure
Statement: SecureRights will receive a fee from a Lender upon passing along your consumer lead
information in compensation for its services as a mortgage broker. This fee is received whether
or not you close your loan and is the entire compensation received by SecureRights. I acknowledge
that this mortgage broker fee will be paid to SecureRights and that there is no other mortgage
broker fee agreement between us.
District of Columbia
Financing Agreement: Any Lender you transact with through SecureRights shall issue a Financing
Agreement in accordance with D.C. Code Ann. § 26-1013. The Financing Agreement must include
the terms of the loan, the principle amount of the loan, a full explanation of the loan type,
the interest rate and points and fees, and the duration of the finance agreement. This Financing
Agreement must be executed by the Lender and must be delivered at least 72 hours before settlement.
Idaho
SecureRights, does not act as a lender or credit provider. SecureRights will pass along
the information you submit to our mortgage broker and/or lending partners and these party(s)
will contact you with additional information/offers. SecureRights does not distribute the
products of all lenders or investors in the marketplace and therefore cannot guarantee the lowest
price or best terms available in the market. SecureRights provides a service to the consumer at
no cost to the consumer. SecureRights will not charge or seek fees of any kind from you.
SecureRights will receive fees from broker/lender partners and may be paid based on (i) the
value of the Mortgage Loan or related servicing rights in the market place or (ii) other
services, goods or facilities performed or provided by us to the broker/lender. This agreement
remains in effect only as long as you seek to use the services offered by SecureRights. You
may discontinue this relationship at any time, without notice, at no cost or penalty to you.
Idaho Prepayment Penalty Disclosure: If you, the borrower, pay off or refinance your mortgage
loan before the date for repayment stated in the loan agreement, you may be charged a prepayment
charge.A prepayment penalty charge may be significant. Prior to signing any documents, make
sure you fully understand the prepayment charge provisions outlined in your loan agreement.

Kansas

Maine
The State of Maine requires certain disclosures below before signing a contract or paying
fees to a credit services organization. Please print out this information and keep for your
records to acknowledge reading and receiving a copy of these disclosures. Escrowing of
Consumer Funds. SecureRights will receive no fees of any kind at any time from consumers or
prospective borrowers. SecureRights does not charge Prospective Borrower a fee for services
provided and will at no time seek or charge fees of any kind from Prospective Borrowers. SecureRights
receives a fee from the lender for marketing Prospective Borrower's potential loan product
business to the lender. SecureRights will link Prospective Borrowers to our Qualified Network
of lenders; one or more lenders will contact the Prospective Borrower directly with loan product
offerings. SecureRights represents the interests of Prospective Borrower while performing these
services; the services are consultative only. Prospective Borrower will rely on his/her judgment
to decide which loan product best suits them. SecureRights does not distribute the products of
all lenders or credit providers in the marketplace and does not guarantee that Prospective
Borrower will receive the lowest price or best terms available in the market. A consumer protection
bond is on file with the State of Maine. If you have a claim against our company which cannot
be resolved through information means, you may institute an action to recover your loss from
that bond by filing a written complaint with the Director, Office of Consumer Credit Regulation,
35 State House Station, Augusta, Maine 04333-0035.
Maryland
SecureRights does not accept or solicit any fees or payments from consumers. If you submit
an inquiry to SecureRights and your inquiry is forwarded to our participating Lenders, you may
be issued a Financing Agreement by Lenders as per Maryland Commercial Law Code 12-125, 1013.
This Financing Agreement must contain the following: (1) the term and principal amount of the
loan; (2) an explanation of the type of mortgage loan being offered; (3) the rate of interest
that will apply to the loan, and, if the rate is subject to change or is a variable rate, or
is subject to final determination at a future date based on some objective standard, a specific
statement of those facts; (4) any points to be paid by the borrower or the seller; and (5) the
effective term of the Financing Agreement.
Massachusetts
In accordance with Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 184, Section 17B, we must advise
you that the responsibility of the attorney for the mortgagee is to protect the interest of
the mortgagee and the mortgagor may, at his own expense, engage an attorney of his own selection
to represent his own interests in the transaction. In addition, the mortgagor shall, if
applicable, provide you with the approximate expiration date of the note, the rate of interest
charged, and that the mortgagee may demand payment of the note by agreement at a greater or
lesser rate of interest, or may, by agreement, allow payments to be made on the note at the
same, or a lesser or greater rate of interest. Massachusetts law prohibit creditors from
discriminating against credit applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, national
origin, sex, sexual orientation, ancestry, handicap, marital status, age (provided that the
applicant has the capacity to enter into a binding contract), or because all or part of the
applicant's income derives from any public assistance program. MORTGAGE BROKER DISCLOSURES
REQUIRED BY THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S CONSUMER PROTECTION REGULATIONS. Secure Rights acts as your
mortgage broker. Secure Rights does not make mortgage loans and cannot guarantee acceptance into
any particular loan program or promise specific loan terms or conditions. Secure Rights will
not charge a fee to consumers to arrange a mortgage loan from the mortgage lender. SecureRights
receives payment from our partner brokers and lenders for marketing services provided which
links consumer to loan products. As a consumer, your submitted information will be forwarded
to partner lender(s) who will be able to obtain a mortgage loan for you based on the information

SecureRights, acting in a brokerage capacity, will link Prospective Borrowers to our Qualified
Network of lenders; one or more lenders will contact the Prospective Borrower directly with
loan product offerings. SecureRights is not a lender or credit provider and SecureRights does
not make loans to Prospective Borrowers. SecureRights represents the interests of Prospective
Borrower while performing these services; the services are consultative only. Prospective
Borrower will rely on his/her judgment to decide which loan product best suits them. Prospective
Borrower is not relying on SecureRights to select a product for him/her. SecureRights does not
distribute the products of all lenders or credit providers in the marketplace and does not
guarantee that Prospective Borrower will receive the lowest price or best terms available in

SecureRights will at no time seek or charge fees of any kind from Prospective Borrowers. SecureRights
receives a fee from the lender for marketing Prospective Borrower's potential loan product
business to the lender. Prospective Borrower(s) and SecureRights agree to the above terms and
conditions. Prospective Borrower(s) authorize(s) the release of all information required by
the lender relating to the disposition and status of the mortgage application. This agreement
should be printed and retained for your records.
Washington
In accordance with RESPA and the initial disclosure statement required under the TILA, you may receive from the Lenders a good faith estimate of settlement costs if your loan request is forwarded to one or more participating Lenders.
Interest rates quoted in connection with the loan selected are subject to change, without notice, unless and until an interest rate lock-in agreement is made between you and the Lender. SecureRights does not offer lock-in agreements and does not guarantee interest rates offered or quoted by a participating Lender. If you enter a lock-in agreement with the Lender and are required to pay a lock-in fee, the terms and conditions under which the lock-in fee may be refunded, if any, are set by the Lender.
SecureRights will not seek or accept any fees from you at any time. All fees due will be collected by and payable to the Lender. If the Lender is licensed under the Mortgage Broker Practices Act, the fees paid by you for third-party provider services (such as an appraisal or credit report), may be held in a trust account and any moneys remaining after the payment to third-party providers will be refunded to you.
If you are unable to obtain a loan for any reason, the Lender, if licensed under the Mortgage Broker Practices Act, will, within five (5) days of a written request by you, give copies to you of any appraisal, title report, or credit report paid for by you, and transmit the original appraisal, title report, or credit report to any other mortgage broker or lender to whom you direct. Transmission of these reports includes the right to use these reports. You are also entitled to receive a copy of any appraisal paid for by you, pursuant to the Federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act.
Washington state law prohibits discrimination in credit transactions based on race, creed, color, national origin, sex or marital status. The Washington State Human Rights Commission administers compliance with this law.
Wisconsin
Secure Rights provides mortgage information at no cost to you. Secure Rights will not charge or seek fees of any kind from you. This agreement remains in effect only as long as you seek to use the services offered by Secure Rights; you may discontinue this relationship at any time, without notice, at no cost or penalty to you. This agreement does not create an exclusive relationship.
